Local Authority Incubators
We have had a hugely successful Incubator with Doncaster Council. In 12 months, we secured over £210,000 for Doncaster Charities, CIC’s and CASC’S.
This funding helped to open up warm spaces, run boxing projects to support mental health, open up youth clubs, expand youth work and deliver sports programmes for adults living with long-term health conditions and equipment purchases.
We were able to access over £ 100,000 from Sport England, £60,000 from National Lottery Awards For All and £21,000 from the Neighbourhood Community Fund.
We also secured over £200,000 for North East Lincolnshire Council, working with a number of partners for a youth engagement program.
Athletic Boxing is one of the organisations that benefited from the incubator. Our experienced bid writers helped them secure funding for a project to support women’s mental and physical health, as well as another project targeting adults to get active.
