Who it’s for

Young people at risk of exclusion, people who are NEET, adults seeking employment and anyone facing barriers to opportunity.

What we do

Through practical workshops, mentoring and accredited learning, participants develop employability skills alongside greater confidence and resilience. Sessions include CV writing, interview preparation, leadership, first aid, mental health awareness, goal setting and career planning. We also work with employers and local partners to create real progression opportunities.

Community Outreach

Meeting people where they are.

Community Outreach takes trusted support directly into neighbourhoods across Doncaster. We know that many people facing disadvantage don’t always engage with traditional services, so our experienced youth and community workers build relationships within local communities, offering support before problems escalate.

Who it’s for

Young people at risk of exclusion, families, adults experiencing isolation and communities affected by deprivation.

What we do

We deliver detached youth work, community engagement sessions and informal mentoring in neighbourhoods across Doncaster. By meeting people where they feel comfortable, we can build trust, identify emerging needs and connect people with opportunities that improve their wellbeing and future prospects. Working alongside local partners, we provide early intervention, practical advice and pathways into wider support.

The difference it makes

Our outreach work helps people feel connected rather than isolated. By building trusted relationships, we engage individuals who may never access traditional services, supporting them to improve their confidence, wellbeing and aspirations while creating safer, stronger communities.

Wellbeing Together

Supporting better mental health and stronger communities.

Wellbeing Together helps people improve their mental health, build resilience and develop the confidence to cope with life’s challenges. We create welcoming environments where people feel safe, listened to and supported.

Who it’s for

Young people, adults, men experiencing poor mental health, families and community groups.

What we do

We deliver wellbeing workshops, group sessions and activities that encourage positive conversations around mental health while promoting healthy lifestyles and emotional resilience. Working alongside specialist partners where appropriate, we help people develop practical coping strategies, strengthen support networks and improve their overall wellbeing.

The difference it makes

Participants leave with greater confidence, improved emotional wellbeing and stronger social connections. By reducing isolation and encouraging early conversations about mental health, we help people build healthier, more positive futures.

Active Communities

Using sport to inspire positive change.

Active Communities uses the power of sport and physical activity to improve confidence, wellbeing and community connections. We believe that taking part in enjoyable activities can be the first step towards wider personal development.

Who it’s for

Children, young people, families, schools and community groups.

What we do

We deliver multi-sport activities, boxing, holiday programmes, school sessions and community events that encourage people to become more active regardless of age or ability. Every session is designed to promote teamwork, resilience, confidence and healthy lifestyles while creating opportunities for people to connect with others in their community.

The difference it makes

Participants become more active, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, build confidence and develop positive relationships. For many, our activities provide a gateway into wider support, volunteering, leadership opportunities and ongoing community involvement.

Stronger Families

Helping families thrive.

Stronger Families provides practical support that helps families facing financial hardship, social isolation and other challenges to build confidence, improve wellbeing and create more positive futures together.

Who it’s for

Families, children, young people and adults living in low-income households or experiencing disadvantage.

What we do
